If you are unable to locate estimates in the Central Review Dashboard, there may be an issue with the setup of Central Review and/or Security roles.
Verify the Configuration of the Central Review Rules
- Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
- Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Click on the Central Review link under Repair Management.
- From the Insurance Company Rules section, select Add from the toolbar. The Insurance Company Rule screen opens.
- Select an insurance company from the Select an insurance company droplist. Alternately, enter the first few letters of the insurance company in the field.
- Enter a numeric value for Advisor score and estimate amount in the fields, and then click OK.
- From the Estimator Rules section, select Add from the toolbar. The Estimator Rule screen opens.
- Select an estimator from the Select an estimator droplist. Alternately, enter the first few letters of the estimator in the field. If you are not finding an employee in the Estimator droplist, verify that their Employee Record is set up correctly and listed as an Estimator.
- Enter a numeric a value for Advisor score and estimate amount in the fields, and then click OK. If no values are entered, then all estimates are routed to the specified estimator for review.
- Select Save or Save and Close to save your profile changes.
Verify the Estimator Security Roles
- Select Configure, and then select Security Roles from the menu bar.
- Select role that is associated with the estimator, and then select Edit from to mini-toolbar. The User Role screen opens.
- Verify that the Central Review Dashboard - Manage estimates routed for Central Review permission under Core is not enabled. The Central Review Dashboard option must remain unchecked.
- Click OK.
