How to add System Events to CCC Touch Workfile:
- Open the opportunity/RO in the CCC Touch application
- From the left side of the display, tap or click on the clock icon (2nd from the bottom); this will display the events that have been currently added to the opportunity.
- To add a new event in the CCC Touch application, tap on the 3 dots at the bottom right of the screen or right click anywhere on the screen if you're using a mouse.
- In the lower right corner, tap/click on "+ New Event"
- All events available to add (system or Insurance Company source) will be available to select from at the next screen.
- Tap/click on the event that you want to add and set the date/time from the next screen and enter any comments if needed.
- Select Save in the lower right corner and it will be added to the list of events added for the opportunity.
