Mobile Quick Chat allows communication between Android and iPhone users and insurance companies. Chat will be available on all assignments and externalized workfiles. When a chat message is received, users will see a chat message tile in the Overview tab of the workfile.
Clicking on this message tile will launch the chat window in a separate browser and allow communication with the insurance company. Android and iPhone users can only respond to chat messages received by the insurance company but cannot initiate the chat.
To view this update:
- Open a workfile.
- Navigate to the Overview tab.
- Click on the Message tile from the Insurance company.
