From the Estimate tab, verify that the most current estimate version is selected.
If the most recent version of the estimate/supplement is selected and you cannot create a supplement, check security permissions.
- Select Configure -> Security Roles from the menu bar.
- Select the User ID, and verify that the following role is enabled: Estimate - Lock Estimates and Supplements.
