Sublets in CCC Estimating are not taxable by default. To tax these items, you will need to manually adjust the taxable settings in that item's line properties.
Change the line from X - Miscellaneous Non Taxed to T - Miscellaneous Taxed or (Blank) Standard Taxed and verify under the Estimate/Totals section in the workfile that the item is now taxing correctly.
NOTE: How you tax a sublet will depend on whether the sublet line is coded as a part or miscellaneous. If you want the sublet part to be coded as a part, ensure the tax field next to the ext price is blank. See the example below.
If you wish to tax the sublet item and require that it be coded as a Miscellaneous item (as it would be if it is non-taxed), ensure the tax field populated with the T. See example below.
It is important to note that the profile used for the workfile must be configured so the miscellaneous taxed option is flagged to change tax in the Parts Charge Category section.
