If you are unable to select an employee name from the Estimator dropdown list, it is possible the employee account is configured incorrectly.
To check if an employee is configured as an Estimator:
- Log in to CCC Estimating
- Open the new employee account, and enable the checkboxes for "This employee is currently employed" and "This employee is an Estimator".
NOTE: If you are unable to view these settings, change the Windows screen DPI setting to small or 100%.
- Log out and re-login to Windows.
- The new employee should now appear in the dropdown list.
