Events communicate information to insurance companies. All events are stored in the workfile, and events that are set to be Communicated are sent automatically once the workfile is saved, are stored in the workfile and sent when the estimate is locked. The Events feature allows you to view and create events in the workfile. You can view all events in the workfile Events tab.
