With this integration, your scan results will automatically be delivered to the attachments of the workfile. Customers using CCC’s Repair Workflow management system will also receive asTech invoices within the parts tab of the Repair Order.

After performing a scan:
- Navigate to the ATTACHMENTS tab within CCC ONE to view the scan results report.
- If the scan was performed BEFORE a VIN was decoded, go to the ACTION CENTER in COM and click on DIAGNOSTIC REPORTS.
- A DRAFT INVOICE appears in the RO’s PARTS TAB for Repair Workflow Management system customers.
