Prior to using CCC® Diagnostics, the device and service must be activated for use within the CCC® Estimating or Repair Workflow desktop application. This article describes how to activate the service.
- Open a web browser and visit cccone.com OR click on the link provided in the Getting Started email.
- Enter the same User Name and Password as you do for CCC® Estimating.
- Click LOG IN.
- Follow the steps in below once logged into cccone.com to register and activate the scan device:
The Register Connection page displays for you to select Elitek from the Connection Type droplist. A previous invoice number used with Elitek will need to be entered to proceed.
You are then returned to the Add page with the new device displayed.
