Your digital wallet allows you to receive payments from your partners, including salvage companies and parts providers. Once Digital Wallet settings are configured, you can start receiving payments from your connected partners.
The following permission is necessary to access Digital Wallet:

To locate Digital Wallet settings:
- Login to cccone.com
- In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click the User Menu
- In the menu, select Settings
- On the Settings page, select Digital Wallet
At this point, you may be directed to the Digital Wallet landing page. For shops with Repair Workflow features enabled, you'll find settings for:
- CCC Payments
- Salvage payment receipts
Click the Configure button for CCC Payments. This will launch a wizard allowing you to configure and maintain the accounts used for processing payments with your connected partners.
Notes:
CCC Payments configuration is specific to the shop location. You may specify the same settings configured for other locations within your organization. Contact your account representative if you'd like to apply a single configuration to all locations in your organization.
