For repair facility users, keyboard shortcuts (Hot Keys) can be used while in the workfile Estimate tab > Lines tab, and the Attachments tab.
Keyboard shortcuts while in the MOTOR database Parts Group, Parts Subgroup, or the Parts List

| G | Opens the MOTOR Guide to Estimating. NOTE: a group or part in the MOTOR database must be selected first. |
| <Enter> | Open the next level of the database. If you are in the Parts List, the selected part is added to the estimate. |
Keyboard shortcuts while in the MOTOR database Parts List
| Keyboard Shortcut | Result |

| A | Opens the Aftermarket database if enabled. Otherwise, opens the Line Properties > General tab allowing you to specify changes. |
| B | Adds the selected part, but leaves the operation field blank. |
| D | Adds Blend time to the selected part. |
| E | Replaces the selected part as Recored allowing you to specify information in the Line Properties > General tab. |
| F | Replaces the selected part using the Frame labor rate. Paint labor is not affected. |
| G | Opens the MOTOR Guide to Estimating and displays information pertaining to the selected part. |
| I | Replaces the selected part and overrides the labor hours with Incl. (Included). Paint labor is not affected. |
| J | Opens the Line Properties > General tab allowing you to specify the Refinish hours for the selected part. |
| L | Replaces the selected part as Recycled. Opens the Select Recycled Parts form allowing you to select a recycled component from a supplier if the feature is enabled. Allows you to manually enter recycled information. |
| M | Replaces the selected part using the Mechanical labor rate. Paint labor is not affected. |
| N | Opens the Line Properties > General tab allowing you to specify changes to the selected part before adding it to the estimate. |
| P | Opens the Optional OEM database if enabled. Otherwise opens the Line Properties > General tab allowing you to specify changes. |
| R | Repairs the selected part. |
| S | Sections the selected part. |
| T | R&I’s the selected part. |
| U | Replaces the selected part using the Structural labor rate. Paint labor is not affected. |
