- Arrange and size as needed.
Moving Workfiles in the Floor Plan View
The Floor Plan screen displays the shop layout view you created using the Floor Plan Editor. Use this screen to move workfiles through your shop as the vehicle moves, and to manage repair plans and repair phase. Drag and drop the workfile to a Vehicle Bay or Parking Space object location as the vehicle moves through your shop.
When a workfile is moved, a screen opens that allows you to select one of three options Complete as Scheduled, Complete Now, and Do not Complete for the active phase in the repair plan.
When you hover over on a workfile on the screen, a pop up displays the workfile admin, labor summary, and repair plan details. The screen also displays the workfile priority. The priority can be changed by selecting a new priority from the droplist.
To Access the Floor Plan view:
- Open the Production Schedule Dashboard.
- Select View, and then select Floor Plan from the toolbar below the Refresh button.
