Shops can manage their repair facility connection settings to the Dealer Management System (DMS) they use in CCC ONE. This new setting allows users to configure Dealer ID, DMS User ID, accounting data, labor accounts, miscellaneous accounts, and parts accounts. Users with the Edit repair facility profile permission have access to edit this new setting.
To configure DMS Connection settings, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the DMS Connection setting in cccone.com.
- Enable connection with your Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Enter the required fields and click Save.
