CCC ONE now provides the ability to generate system reports with 24 months of data, up to 7 years in the past. This means that system reports with custom date range capability can be run with a start date up to 7 years prior to today’s date.
To access this feature:
- Select the Reports menu, then select Find Report
- Select a report listed under System Reports
- Enter Date Range "From" and "To" dates
- Click Apply to run the report
Notes:
- To run reports within CCC ONE, users must have the appropriate security permission to view the report category
- When specifying the date range, the overall range (“From” date to “To” date) cannot exceed 24 months
- If the date range entered spans more than 24 months, the “To” date will automatically adjust to 24 months after the “From” date
