Below are the steps to run a Quarterly report (or any date based report) within CCC Estimating
- Click View > Workfiles from the menu bar. The workfiles Search screen opens.
- Click Advanced Search from the Workfiles search criteria panel. The workfiles Advanced Search screen opens.
- In the Insurance Company search box enter the Insurance Company Name.
- Locate the Date Created column in the Search Results view and sort the results by Date Created so that all files from the Quarter are visible.
- Click the Export to CSV option when you are ready to send the results to a spreadsheet.
NOTE: Search Results are limited to 150 files. If your initial export does not contain all the files for the quarter, repeat the steps, and add the Last Name to the search criteria in order to split the results into sections.
