CCC Estimating requires the camera to be WIA 2 compliant. If you are unable to attach images from a camera, verify that the device you are using is WIA 2 compliant.
If the camera is WIA 2 compliant and you are still unable to attach images, the issue may be related to the installed camera driver.
- Rebooting the workstation may resolve basic driver issues.
- If after a reboot the camera is still not detected by CCC Estimating, uninstall & reinstall the device in Windows, referring to your Technician (if necessary).
If the device is not WIA 2 compliant, please use another camera that meets the requirements.
