Problems attaching images to a CCC Estimating workfile from a scanner or camera may be resolved by following the steps below. NOTE: Service errors should be handled by your local Technical Support.
- Open Services from Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools or Run > Services.msc.
- Ensure that Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) is set to Started.
- Ensure all WIA dependencies (see below) are set to Started (located under the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) Properties > Dependencies tab):
- Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
- DCOM Server Process Launcher
- RPC Endpoint Mapper
- Shell Hardware Detection
