If you are unable to e-mail from CCC Estimating, it's possible Microsoft Windows is blocking the e-mail client from functioning correctly.
To correct the problem, perform the following steps:
- Open an Internet Explorer browser window
- Type: mailto: (include the colon) in the address bar and hit the Enter key on your keyboard
- Click Allow when prompted to allow the program to be opened.
