How to Find and Re-open a closed Claim Folder in the CCC Workflow (AVAM) Portal
1. Log into www.mycccportal.com
2. To search for claims, enter the Claim Reference ID on the left side of your screen, under the Quick Search for Claim Folders menu

- If the claim was recently uploaded, enter the claim number and select Search.
- For claims older than 15 months, click on Search for Older Claim link.
- A second window will open, enter the full Claim Number in the box and click on Search.
- If the claim folder is found, click on the Claim Reference ID link. The Claim Folder is now re-opened.
- If the Claim Folder is not found, contact the related insurance company to have the Claim Folder re-opened.
- In the event the Insurance Company is unable to re-open the Claim Folder, contact CCC Technical Support, include full claim number and insurance company information for further assistance.
