If you are receiving a "Contact Customer Support" message when selecting the Compare Total Loss to Repair option in the Portal and you are accessing the Portal via a saved favorite, rather than typing www.mycccportal.com into the browser address bar, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
- Delete the saved favorite you are currently using to access the Portal.
- Type www.mycccportal.com in the Browser address bar and click Enter.
- Log into the Portal.
- If login is successful, create a new favorite.
- Once the favorite is created, confirm that the URL only shows www.mycccportal.com.
- Verify that you can now access the Compare Total Loss to Repair Option.
