Pre-Repair Chat for UpdatePlus allows repair facilities to send text to email messages to consumers immediately after the opportunity is created and saved. This is applicable for Insurance claims, Carwise leads as well as walk-ins. Previously, the Vehicle In milestone date needed to be complete before email/text messages could be sent to the customer. Now, the repair facility simply has to add in the contact details, select communication preference and save workfile to allow messaging.
After selecting, communication preference, the repair facility can message the consumer per the Contact Customer features already available in CCC ONE.
Benefits:
- Customer reach – Message consumers as soon as a claim assignment is received to get them scheduled for a repair
- Customer follow – Send customized messages per repair so increase chances of consumer capture
How to Enable:
This feature is enabled by default for all CCC customers that have the UpdatePlus package with CCC ONE desktop updated to R47
To access this feature:
- Create or open an existing opportunity or assignment
- Set customer Comm. Preference on the Contacts tab, then save the workfile
- Go to the Notes tab and click Contact Customer
- Select or enter a message for the customer, then click Send
