By design, CCC UpdatePlus CSI automatically sends out timed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Survey invitations. If a vehicle owner states they are getting multiple CSI Survey invitations, it is likely due to an incomplete CSI Survey. Once the survey is completed, any remaining invitations will not be sent. If the vehicle owner wishes to not receive any further messages, they can reply STOP at any time.
CSI Survey Invitation Intervals
- The initial CSI invite goes out around 12:30 PM (local time) 2 days after the delivery date. Successive reminders go out around 12:00 PM (local time) if the owner has not completed the original survey. If the delivery date is on a weekend, the first survey will not go out until the following Monday around 12:30 pm. NOTE: if the delivered date has been backdated the survey may not go out until the second or third attempt if the earlier interval has been missed.
- The next (second) survey request message is sent on 5th day after the delivered date (3 days after the original survey message). This survey message will deliver on the weekend.
- The last (third) survey request message is sent out on 8th day after the delivered date (6 days after the original survey message). This survey message will deliver on the weekend.
- After the three attempts no additional CSI survey request messages are sent out.
