CCC UpdatePlus CSI automatically sends out timed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Survey invitations. If a vehicle owner states they are getting multiple CSI Survey invitations, it is likely due to an incomplete CSI Survey. Once the survey is completed, any remaining invitations will not be sent. If the vehicle owner wishes to not receive any further messages, they can reply STOP at any time.
Additionally, CSI survey invitations are sent to the cell phone and email address listed for the vehicle owner, regardless of communication preference. Vehicle owners only need to complete the CSI survey via one communication avenue. If the vehicle owner wishes to stop all further messages, they must reply STOP to both communication methods: text and email.
CSI Survey Invitation Intervals
- CSI survey invitations are sent between 9 AM and 8 PM local time.
- Survey invitations are sent at the same time as the vehicle out event.
- If the delivery time (vehicle out event) is outside of 9 AM and 8 PM, the survey will be sent the following day during this window.
- The first survey invitation will go out 48 hours after the vehicle delivery date and time.
- The next (second) survey invitation is sent 36 hours after the initial (first) survey. It can be delivered on weekends.
- The last (third) survey invitation is sent 36 hours after the previous (second) survey reminder (3 days after the original survey invitation). It can be delivered on weekends.
- After the three survey invitations are sent, no additional messages are sent out.
