If you are running a Report in CCC Estimating and you are not seeing the expected Closed Repair Orders, verify that the Close Date for the missing Repair Order falls within your Report Search Criteria. If the Repair Order is not listed, check the Sales Recognition Settings.
How to verify the Sales Recognition Settings
- Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
- Select your repair facility profile, and then click Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Click on the Sales - Recognition link under Repair Management.
- Select one of the options.
- Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
