If the supported Languages listed on Carwise.com appear incorrect and do not match what you have specified in your CCC Estimating Repair Facility profile, you will need to refresh the profile settings in order to update them on Carwise.com.
To correct, follow the steps below:
- Login to cccone.com with your CCC Estimating User ID and Password.
- Expand the Site Navigation Menu, then select Settings.
- Select the Carwise tile.
- Select Edit for the Customer Service section.
- Remove all checkmarks except for English. NOTE: At least one language option must be selected.
- Click Save in the lower right-hand corner.
- Wait 10-15 minutes for your Carwise profile to refresh.
- Return to the Customer Service section, and re-add your desired languages.
- Save the settings again.
- After 10-15 minutes, Carwise.com should update to show the correct languages you have selected. NOTE: it can take up to 24 hours for your Carwise profile to update.
