Your customers can book appointments through Carwise.com and have them appear in your CCC Estimating Calendar dashboard. For information on how to create and manage estimate and repair appointments see Appointments and Customer Experience Dashboard Overview and Usage
CCC UpdatePlus includes the addition of appointment creation with text/email notifications and reminders. You can activate and configure Carwise.com appointment slots in the CCC Estimating Calendar dashboard under Carwise.com > Online Schedule.

Access configuration settings using available QUICKLINKS:
- Appointment Slots - Add and edit time slots for Carwise.com. View current availability in the Calendar dashboard under Carwise.com > Online Scheduling.
- Estimator Work Schedule - Manage recurring blocked time for estimators.
- Online Schedule Preferences - Set your appointment availability strictness level.
** Review each option above to ensure your repair facility has the proper timeslots for each estimator **
** Make sure the repair facility has at least 2 estimators active. If only one estimator is active then the appointment slots will show 'BUSY' across the board.**
Once set up, the configured time slots will be visible to your customers via your repair facility website on Carwise.com.

CCC Estimating Workfiles View - Carwise.com Appointments
When a customer books an appointment via your Carwise.com website, you receive the appointment the same way you receive new assignments from an insurance company. An alert message is received in CCC Estimating and a new record is added to the Workfiles screen. These new appointments are easily identified in the Workfiles screen by the Carwise Appointment value displayed in the Updates column. Workfiles View - Carwise.com Appointments
Appointment Duration Configuration in CCC Estimating Repair Facility (RF) Profile
- Navigate to the Configure menu and click Profiles
- Locate your RF Profile and click Edit
- Locate and click on UpdatePlus under the Repair Management section
- Locate the Appointments section and click Configure
- Select the desired Estimate and Drop-off appointment duration in the drop menus
- Click OK, then Save or Save and Close
Disabling Carwise Appointments
- Select the Hamburger Icon on the upper left corner of CCC Desktop
2. Select Calendar Dashboard
3. Select the Option for Customer Service
4. Once the Customer Service Menu has expanded, select Carwise Appointment Slots
5. Under the Quick Links section Select the Option for Carwise Preferences
6. Toggle the "Enable Carwise Online Scheduling" to OFF
