CCC Estimating has added a section to indicate if Update Manager is installed as well as the active status on the machine. To access the status link, click on the License # link in the lower right hand corner.
Available statuses will show UM service as started, paused, stopped, restarting or running on another computer. There is also a Restart Update Manager link for statuses that can be restarted or a file path when the service runs on a different computer.
NOTE: In order to restart CCC Update Manager scheduler service, you need to be a Windows® administrator and CCC ONE would need to be run with Administrator rights, if the user does not have administrator permissions, then a notification of insufficient permission will display.
